Guests order delivery, but if the property doesn’t have a bar or food outlet onsite, the hotel sees none of that spend. Meanwhile, third-party apps skim 25–30% off the top, squeezing local eateries and leaving hotels out of the picture entirely.

Our Story

The idea was born from first-hand experience in hospitality and food service. Having run a catering company, our founder saw how much every percentage point of margin matters to independent operators. When he later learned how deeply delivery apps were cutting into restaurants’ earnings — and how hotels were locked out of their own guests’ spend — the parallels to the OTA trap became clear.

Fairbite exists to correct that imbalance. We are building a national platform where hotels earn fairly, eateries keep more, and guests get authentic local food faster.
